摘  要:用纯化的猪伪狂犬病病毒闽A株(PRV-FA)免疫Balb/c鼠,取脾细胞和骨髓瘤细胞进行细胞融合,经间接ELISA筛选,获得11株能稳定分泌伪狂犬病毒单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株,其中6株仅与强毒FA反应,而不与弱毒FB、Bartha及gE缺失疫苗株发生反应。特异性鉴定结果表明,各株单抗均不与猪瘟病毒、猪流感病毒、猪呼吸繁殖障碍综合症病毒、猪细小病毒等发生交叉反应。The purified psudorabies virus strain FA (PRV -FA) was inoculated to Balb/c mice. Eleven monoclonal hybridoma cell lines which were able to stably excrete monoclonal antibodies against PRV were produced by means of hybridoma technique and indirect ELISA detection. The results of immunologic characteristics identification revealed that 6 hybridoma cell lines only reacted with PRV strain FA and didn't react with PRV-FB, PRV-gE-and PRV -Bartha. And all these monoclonal antibodies didn't react with HCV, SI, PRRSV and PPV.
