摘　　要：目的观察乳康散治疗乳腺囊性增生的临床疗效。方法治疗组100例,口服乳康散,每次1～2袋,每日2次。对照组100例,口服乳疾灵颗粒,每次1～2袋,每日3次。2组均月经期停服,20日为1个疗程,3个疗程判定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率98.00%,对照组81.00%。2组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论乳康散治疗乳腺囊性增生疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Rukangsan powder on breast cystic hyperplasia.Methods 200 patients with breast cystic hyperplasia were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in control group (n=100) were treated by Rujiling granule. And patients in treatment group (n=100) were treated by Rukangsan powder. No taking medicine during menstruation. The therapeutic course in both groups was 20 days.Results The total effective rate in treatment group (98.00%) was higher than that in control group (81.00%, P<0.01).Conclusion Rukangsan powder has a good effect on treating breast cystic hyperplasia.
