维生素E预防大肠杆菌内毒素致大鼠肺损伤研究

摘　　要：应用雄性大鼠静脉注射大肠杆菌内毒素Ｏ１１１Ｂ４造成肺损伤模型，并用静脉注射维生素Ｅ（ＶＥ）进行预防的研究。内毒素组死亡率高，血清脂质过氧化物（ＬＰＯ）、支气管肺泡灌洗液（ＢＡＬＬ）中蛋白质均明显高于ＶＥ预防组，而总磷脂则明显低于ＶＥ预防组，均具有统计意义（Ｐ＜０．００１）。本实验为临床应用ＶＥ预防肺损伤提出参考依据。Coli-endotoxin O111B4 injected intravenously into rats indnced pulmonary edema and pulmonary hemorrhage.Serum lipid peroxides increased markedly.The total proteins in bronchoalveolar lavage liquid (BALL) was increased also,but the total phospholipids in BALL was decreased. When vitamin E (200mg/kg) was injected intravenously before the endotoxin, the total phospholipids were increased and other changes could be reduced and the mortality decreased also.These results show that vitamin E is useful in preventing endotoxin-induced lung injury.
