摘  要:目的研究双波长检测定性技术在高效液相色谱分析中的实际应用方法,探讨提高色谱峰定性的准确度和可靠性的方法。方法建立该技术的应用模式并在食品添加剂的实际检测中验证,对可疑峰进行鉴别。结果准确鉴别出酱腌菜及果冻样品中共存物对山梨酸和糖精钠的干扰,避免了假阳性结果。结论采用该文建立的双波长检测定性应用模式,可大幅度提高高效液相色谱定性分析的准确度和可靠性,简便易行,实用性强。Objective To study application of dualwavelength monitoring qualitative technology in HPLC qualitative analysis so as to improve the accuracy and reliability on determining chromatographic peak in HPLC analysis. Methods The applying mode of the method was established and applied in practical monitoring additives of food. Then, we discerned the uncertain peak with the method. Results The result showed that this method could accurately examine the intervening of the substance coexisting in pickled vegetables and jelly on Sorbic Acid and Sodium Saccharin, therefore, a false positive conclusion could be avoided. Conclusions The study showed the application mode of dualwavelength monitoring could greatly improve the accuracy and reliability of HPLC qualitative analysis and it was also easy in operating and good in practice.
