三种填塞材料在鼻内镜术后术腔填塞效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的比较三种填塞材料的效果,为临床选择填塞材料提供参考。方法将86例住院行鼻内镜手术的患者随机分为三组,术腔分别填塞凡士林纱条(A组),明胶海棉+凡士林纱条(B组),Meroce(lC组),采用视觉摸拟评分法(VisualAnalogueScale,VAS)评分和记录填塞期和抽取时患者的疼痛程度、鼻渗血情况并进行比较。结果填塞期B组渗血最少,与C组有显著性差异(P<0.01),疼痛感C组最小,但与B组无显著差异;抽除时A组最痛,渗血最多,与另两组有显著差异(P<0.01),B组与C组无差异。结论明胶海棉+凡士林纱条是内镜术后术腔填塞效果好、经济的材料。Objective To compare effect of three genus packing materials and offere reference for clinic selection of packing materials. Methods 86 cases undertaken endoscopic sinus surgery were divivted randomly : surgery cavity were packed Vaseline gauze piece (A group), isinglass sponge+ Vaseline gauze piece (B group), Merocel(C group)by difference , adopted Visual analogue scale graded and noted packed period and took out cases ache degree, nose seeped blood thing and then compared. Results waded period seeped blood in group B was the least, and there was diference with group C(P<0.01), Ache in group C was the least, but there was no significant diference . Feeling pain when taking out packing materials in group A was severe , seeped blood was the most(P<0.01). Conclusion Isinglass sponge plus Vaseline gauze piece is the effect and economic packing materials for endoscopic sinus surgery.[
