法氏囊素对ND的免疫增强作用及其最佳用量研究

摘　　要：在用新城疫疫苗对雏鸡进行二次免疫的同时,应用不同剂量的法氏囊素给雏鸡注射,然后在不同时间检测雏鸡的HI抗体效价和ANAE+淋巴细胞阳性率。结果表明,0.2μg剂量的法氏囊素对雏鸡的体液免疫和细胞免疫增强作用最明显,且日龄越小的鸡作用越明显。We vaccinated chicken twice with Newcastle disease vaccine and injected different doses of bursin meanwhile,then we detected HI antibody titer and positive rate of ANAE+ lymphocyte at different times. The result showed that 0.2 μg dose of bursin could cause the optimum enhancement effect in humoral immunity and cellular immunity. The younger chicken,the more significant effect.
