摘 要:为研究姬松茸多糖的抗应激作用,我们选择体重为18±2g的雄性昆明种小鼠,分成对照组、小剂量给药组、中剂量给药组和高剂量给药组。对照组皮下注射生理盐水0.15mL/只,各给药组分别皮下注射2%、4%和8%的姬松茸多糖溶液0.15mL/只,每日一次,共10d,各组分别进行常压耐缺氧试验、游泳试验、耐寒和耐高温试验。结果:在耐高温试验中,2%和4%多糖组小鼠的生存时间显著高于对照组;其它试验中,各给药组与对照组相比无显著差异。结论:一定浓度的多糖能显著延长小鼠耐高温的时间,但未显示出明显的耐低温、耐缺氧和抗疲劳的作用。Anti-stress effect of ABM were observed,18±2 g weight of mice were selected and divided into four control groups,four low dosage groups,four middle dosage groups and four high dosage groups. The control groups were given normal saline (NS) by hypodermic injection with doses of 0.15 mL,and another groups were given 2%,4% and 8% ABM by the same methods with the same doses(0.15 mL)respectively for 10 days. Normotensive hypoxia tolerance test,swimming test,cold tolerance test and thermostable test were conducted. Results were following: the survival time of mice injected 2% and 4% ABM were significantly higher than that of the control groups in the thermostable test,another groups had no difference with each other. Conclusion: the proper doses of ABM could enhance the thermostable tolerance of mice,but had no significant effects under the conditions of normotensive hypoxia,hypothermia and swimming.
