阿托伐他汀与血脂康治疗高脂血症的比较

摘　　要：目的比较阿托伐他汀与血脂康降血脂的疗效。方法60例高脂血症患者随机分为两组,血脂康组30例,男14例,女16例,年龄(62±12)岁,口服血脂康0.9g,每天2次。阿托伐他汀组30例,男14例,女16例,年龄(63±11)岁,口服阿托伐他汀10mg,每天1次。两组疗程均为4周。结果两组患者治疗后TC、TG、LDLC均下降,HDL-C升高(P<0.01),组间差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论血脂康与阿托伐他汀降脂疗效与安全性相似。Objective To compare the curative effect of atorvastatin and Xuezhikang in hyperlipemia.Methods Sixty patients with hyperlipemia were divided into two groups in random.Thirty patients(male 14,female 16) with age of (62±12) took Xuezhikang.The dosage of Xuezhikang was 0.9g,twice in everyday.Thirty patients(male 14,female 16) with age of (63±11) took atorvastetin.The dosage of atorvastatin was 10mg,once in everyday.The course of treatment in both 2 groups lasted 4 weeks.Results Of 60 patients,TC,TG and LDL-C decreased,and HDL-C increased.The difference between two groups had no evident significance.Conclusion Atorvastatin is similar in curative effect and safety to Xuezhikang.
