喉罩引导气管插管抢救呼吸衰竭157例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨抢救呼吸衰竭时快速建立有效人工气道以提高抢救成功率的新方法。方法对我科3年来应用喉罩(LMA)引导法实施气管插管的157例呼吸衰竭患者资料进行回顾分析。结果全部病例均成功置入喉罩,所需时间为0.25～1min,2例应用喉罩引导气管插管失败。结论喉罩引导法气管插管具有操作简便、快速、有效、成功率高、并发症少、易学易懂等优点,且能减轻患者痛苦、缩短住院日、减少费用、降低死亡率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the new method of rapid establishment of effective artificial airway to raise the successful rate in rescuing respiratory failure.Methods The 157 patients in the larter 3 years with respiratory failure in our department,who had received endotracheal intubating leaded by laryngeal mask were retrospectively analysed.Results The patients were all layed laryngeal mask succeedly,which cost 0.25 to 1 minits.However,two of they fail to be intubated by laryngeal mask.Conclusion Endotracheal intubating,leaded by laryngeal mask had the following advantages:operating easily and rapidly,effectiveness,high rate of succeeing,less complication,easy understanding,on the other hand.It could reduce pain,shorten hospital dates,cut down cost,and decrease rate of death.It's worth of popularizing.
