中医药结合介入疗法治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医药结合输卵管再通术对治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的应用价值。方法对50例输卵管阻塞不孕症患者施行经宫颈选择性输卵管造影(SSG)及再通术(FTR),其中30例在SSG、FTR前与后分别给予中医药理疗及外敷等系统治疗,列为联合组;另20例作为对照组。结果输卵管阻塞根数:联合组30例共50根、对照组20例共32根;再通成功率:联合组再通成功率为96.6%高于对照组89.8%(P<0.05);妊娠率:联合组妊娠率为32.5%高于对照组6.6%(P<0.01);输卵管再阻塞率:联合组输卵管再阻塞率为19.5%,低于对照组79.1%(P<0.01)。结论中医、中药、理疗、外敷治疗输卵管阻塞,能使药物直达病所,提高输卵管阻塞再通成功率、妊娠率。Objective To observe the curative effect of Chinese medicine combined with intervention in patients with fallopian tube block.Methods The unite group 30 examples and control group 20 examples were examined by selectivity splpingx gardening(SSG) and furthemore thread art(FTR) methods.Results The unite group 30 examples were 50 roots,control 20 examples were 32 root;Again success rate:unite unite was 96.6%,which was higher than control 89.8%(P<0.05);Pregnancy rate:unite group was 32.5%,which was higher than control group 6.6%(P<0.01);The fallopian tube jam again rate:unite the set the fallopian tube to jam the rate to 195%,which was lower than matched control 79.1%(P<0.01).Conclusion Chinese medicine,Chinese herbal medicine,physical therapy were applicated,which can increase the fallopian tube fallopian tube jam again rate and again success rate in patients with fallopian tube block.
