摘 要:采用金属钆作为磁性材料,建立了室温磁制冷系统实验台,开发了控制和采集系统,实验研究了在几种典型工况下室温磁制冷活性蓄冷器的热力性能,获得了制冷量的数据.实验结果表明,在3℃的温度跨度下,该系统可获得18.7W的制冷量.对温度区间、温度跨度、流动时间和流量几种情况的研究表明在实验范围内,温度跨度和流量的增大会使制冷量减小,流动时间的增加会使制冷量加速减小,温度区间跨越居里点能使制冷量有所增大.An experimental system of room temperature magnetic refrigeration was constructed, and the control and data acquisition system was developed. Thermodynamic performance of active magnetic regenerator (AMR) of room temperature magnetic refrigeration was experimentally studied and the refrigeration capacity data were obtained. The influence of the temperature span, temperature range, flow time and flow rate were investigated in the experiment. The results indicate that the capacity can reach 18.7 W at a 3°C temperature span. In addition, in the experimental region, the capacity decreased with temperature span increase and the flow rate increase; the increase of flow time caused a rapid decrease of capacity; the capacity in the temperature range spanning the Curie point was larger than that in the temperature range below the Curie point.
