摘　　要：目的:探讨孕前肥胖与产科并发症、分娩方式的关系。方法:2002年1月-2003年12月在国际和平妇幼保健院产前检查、分娩的,无内外科合并症的单胎妊娠孕妇,根据孕前体重指数(BMI)分成两组,BMI≥25为肥胖组,BMI<25为对照组,进行分析。结果:共有8850例孕妇,其中肥胖组为234例,对照组8616例。肥胖组中,妊娠高血压综合征、先兆子痫、妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期糖耐量异常,巨大儿的发生率较对照组高,剖宫产率也较对照组高,均有显著差异。结论:孕前肥胖可增加产科异常的危险,剖宫产率也明显升高。Objective: To determine whether obesity is associated with obstetric complications and cesarean delivery. Methods; Retrospective study of 8 850 patients who gave birth in our hospital from January 2002 to december 2003. Subjects were divided into 2 groups: body mass index(BMI) less than 25 (control), 25 or greater (obese). Groups were compared by using T test and chi-. Results: The study included 8850 patients;8616 control, 234 obese. Obesity had a statistically significant association with gestational hypertension, gestational diabetes, GIGT and fetel birth weight greater than 4000g. The cesarean delivery rate of obese increased. Conclusion:Obesity is risk factor for adverse obstetric outcome and is significantly associated with an increased cesarean delivery rate.
