摘　　要：目的:探讨螺旋CT扫描在胃癌诊断及TNM分期中的价值。方法:46例胃癌行低张服水螺旋CT检查,其结果与术后病理对照。结果:46例进展期胃癌病灶显示45例(敏感性98%);13例病变胃外侵犯CT显示10例(敏感性77%);39例淋巴结转移CT显示30例(敏感性77%);10例远处转移显示8例(敏感性80%)。结论:螺旋CT扫描可用作进展期胃癌的辅助诊断及TNM分期。Objective: To evaluate the spiral CT scanning in diagnosis and TNM-staging of gastric carcinoma. Methods: With water-filling method and hypotonic agent, spiral CT scanning were performed in 46 patients with gastric carcinoma , the results were compared with pathologic findings after surgery. Results: In 46 patients with progressive gastric carcinoma, the ratio of sensitivity was respectively 98% for 45 of 46 tumors, 77% for 10 of 13 tumor extensions , 77% for 30 of 39 lymph node metastases and 80% for 8 of 10 cases with distant metastases on CT scanning. Conclusion:Spiral CT scanning with water-filling method and hypotonic agent can play a role of adjunctive diagnosis and TNM staging in progressive gastric carcinoma.
