摘　　要：为了应付老龄化危机,许多国家都仿效美国和英国建立了企业年金制度。由于各国的社会经济环境、法律制度和资本市场条件并不相同,因此,在建立企业年金制度的过程中,我们应该认真分析各种企业年金基金管理模式的特点,选择一个适合我国制度约束条件的企业年金基金管理模式。In order to solve the problem of population aging, many countries have established their employer pension systems .However, there are many differences between these countries in social economic environment, legal system and capital market conditions.Therefore, while we introduce an employer pension system, it would be especially important for us to analyze the characteristics of various management models of employer pension fund and choose the management model that is suitable for our constraint conditions of regime.
