摘　　要：目的:探讨乙状窦后锁孔入路切除听神经瘤的手术操作技术。方法:15例听神经瘤采用单侧枕下乳突后“J”形皮肤切口,环钻骨瓣成形,显微镜下手术切除听神经瘤。结果:肿瘤全切除12例,次全切除3例。面神经解剖保留13例,2例术中断裂。术后无颅内感染、颅内血肿、皮下积液、脑脊液漏并发症。结论:乙状窦后锁孔入路是切除听神经瘤的一种有效、安全、便捷的微创手术入路。Objective: To summarize the surgical procedure of acoustic neurinoma excision by retrosigmoid approach with keyhole cra- niotomy. Methods: After unilaterally suboccipital incision of J shape and craniotomy, acoustic neurinomas were microscopically removed from 15 patients. Results: The tumors were removed completely in 12 and partially in 3 cases. The facial nerve was preserved in 13 and severed in 2 patients during surgery. There were no postoperative complications such as meningitis, intracranial hematoma, subcutaneous hydrops and cerebrospinal fluid leakage. Conclusion: The retrosigmoid approach with keyhole craniotomy is effective, safe and convenient for the removal of acoustic neurinoma.
