摘　　要：学术论文影响力的评价是科研管理的一个重要部分.建立科学的评价指标体系,对这些评价指标进行加权,再借助于计算机运用模糊数学对学术论文的影响力进行自动测量与评价,为学术论文影响力的有效定量评价提供科学的方法.<Abstrcat>The evaluation of academic paper′s influential power is an important part of scientific research management.Set up a rational system of evaluation indicatiors,and give statistical weight to these evaluation indicatiors,then do some automatic survey to evaluation by using vague mathematics to academic paper with the help of computer,and provide rational methods for the effective and quantitive evaluation of academic paper′s influential power.
