摘 要:目的分析五鹤续断根中重金属元素铅、镉、汞的含量,评价五鹤续断的药用安全性,为进一步开发五鹤续断提供理论基础。方法以人工种植的一年生、二年生和三年生五鹤续断及种植地周围山地的野生五鹤续断为材料,采用双硫腙比色法测定其根中铅、镉、汞的含量。结果铅的含量为0.316~0.589mg/kg,镉的含量为0.076~0.147mg/kg,汞的含量为0.019~0.048mg/kg,它们的含量远远低于国家规定的标准范围(铅≤0.8mg/kg,镉≤0.2mg/kg,汞≤0.45mg/kg)。结论五鹤续断具有很高的药用安全性,是适宜对其实施GAP研究的对象。Objective This paper evaluated the safe quality of Wu-He Dipsacus root as medical plant by the analysis of the contents of lead,cadmium and mercury in Wu-He Dipsacus of different growing years,so as to provide scientific basis for the further development and utilization of Wu-He Dipsacus Root.Methods The contents of lead,cadmium and mercury were analyzed in Wu-He Dipsacus Root of different growing years by dithiozone test.Results The contents of lead, cadmium and mercury are respectively 0.316~0.589mg/kg, 0.076~0.147mg/kg,0.019~0.048mg/kg in Wu-He Dipsacus root of different growing years.Their contents are much lower than the GB(Pb≤0.8mg/kg, Cr≤0.2mg/kg,Hg≤0.45mg/kg).Conclusion Those limited elements have adequate safety, Wu-He Dipsacus are suitable for practising GAP(Good Agricultural Practice).
