摘　　要：自1979年以来,中国海峡两岸逐步开始恢复了对话和往来,并取得卓有成效的进展,但是资本的流动却显示出单向性的特征,这有其深刻的历史原因。分析1979-2000年这一时期台商对大陆投资的阶段性及其特征,可以描述两岸经济整合和互动的趋势以及两岸经贸往来局势的未来走向。Communications between Taiwan and China’s mainland came to begin and make progress since 1979. However, the capital flow displayed a single-direct one, which had profound historical reasons. The article analyses the stages and characteristics of Taiwan Residents investment in the Mainland from 1979 to 2000, and try to show the trend of across-straits’ economic integration and interaction.
