摘　　要：首先利用8向链码分析元件边缘图像,并实现元件引脚封闭轮廓的表达.然后由各引脚轮廓的链码计算引脚的矩特征,根据部分引脚的矩特征对元件类型进行粗检测,并依次利用元件引脚的总体特征及所有引脚的矩特征对元件进行精检测,从而得到元件类型的正确判别.通过理论和实验分析表明,该检测方法具有较好的实时性和检测精确性.This paper represented the contours of component pins by chain code analysis and calculated the moment features of the pins. Then the moment features of some pins were used to inspect the component type coarsely and the arrangement features of the pins and the moment features of all the pins were used (sequentially) to complete the fine inspection of the component type. The theoretical and experimental analysis shows that this inspection method has a good real-time performance and accuracy.
