月骨豌豆骨的血供及其临床意义

摘　　要：本研究用注射、解剖、化学清洁和组织透明法，观察了７４侧不同年龄（３～８９岁）新鲜尸体月骨和豌豆骨的血供。月骨的滋养动脉可分成掌侧、背侧两组。掌侧组动脉主要来自掌侧桡腕弓，背侧组动脉来自腕背弓和背侧桡腕弓。根据月骨滋养动脉的入骨部位、数量及骨内的吻合情况，可将月骨分成两大类。豌豆骨的滋养动脉主要来自尺动脉、尺动脉腕背支和尺动脉掌深支，这些动脉的分支在豌豆骨的关节囊外形成一个完整的动脉环。本文对某些临床问题进行了探讨。AbstractThe blood supply of the lunate and pisiform6onesin 74 specimens procured from 74 human ca-davers with age ranging from 3-74 years were in-vestigated by injection,dissection,chemical de-bridement and clearing techniques. The nutrientarteries of the lunate bone can be divided into twogroups of the palmar and the dorsal.The former ismainly originated from the palmar radiocarpalarch, while the latter chiefly from the dorsal carpaland the dorsal radiocarpal arch. The lunate bonescan be classified into two groups on the basis of thelocation andthe number of the nutrient arteries,i.e. double anastomosing type and the unilateral sin-gle trunk type,Approximately 14%were of thelatter type.The nutrient arteries of the pisiformbone mainly derived from the uInar artery,thedorsal carpal branches of the ulnar arterv and thedeep palmar branch Of the uInar artery.Thebranches derived from these arteries form a com-plete arterial ring which situates at the extracapsu-lar area of the pisiform-triquetrum joint.The au-thors discussed the etiology of avascu lar necrosisof lunate bone(Kien6ock’s disease).which oc-curred frequently in the bones of the unilateral sin-gle trunk arterial tupe
