摘 要:针对机械系统中关键零件全寿命试验获取样本困难,提出两种小子样预测寿命方法,即模糊贴近度法和灰关联分析法。介绍了某材料齿轮大样本概率试验及基于概率论、模糊数学理论,通过已知概率分布的寿命大样本,开发寿命概率分布未知的小子样系统。利用系统的辅助信息,改变以消耗大量资源为代价的概率全寿命试验方法为小子样全寿命试验方法。利用两个工程应用实例加以验证。Facing to the difficulties in getting samples in life tests used for the complicated mechanical systems, two methods, i.e. fuzzy nearness and grey relational analysis method, were provided to predict life by few samples tests. One big samples probability test on certain material gear was introduced. Based on big samples probability tests, the methods took the advantage of probability and fuzzy mathematics, and explored the unknown a few samples system with help of life samples of the known probabilistic distribution. The methods reduce test samples by some auxiliary information, and also converts the life tests into few samples and green tests for resources. Then engineering examples using the two methods are introduced to verify them.
