鸡胚胎软骨细胞植入胶原蛋白凝胶移植修复鸡关节软骨缺损的实验研究

摘　　要：本实验将鸡胚胎软骨细胞植入胶原蛋白凝胶后．移植到鸡关节软骨缺损区内。通过术后１６周动态观察，显示移植的软骨细胞生长分化良好。大体观察可见移植区形成表面光滑，色泽似正常软骨的修复面。组织学观察见类似正常软骨的层次结构。电镜观察可见典型的软骨细胞。移植物周围未见免疫排异反应。AbstractChondrocytes embedded within collagen gelwere transplanted into full thickness defects inchicken articular cartilage and follow up observa-tion was done for 1 6 weeks. The results showedthat the defect were filled with hyaline cartilagewith smooth articular surface and an appearancesimilar to that of the recipient cartilage. The cellsof the repaired tissue were arranged as observed innormal articular cartilage on histomorphology andelectronmicxography,There was no histologicalevidence of immunological rejection,since neithermonounel ear cell infiltration nor vascular invasioncould be seen in or around the transplanted tissue.
