摘  要:家兔皮肤的中厚皮片,经制备成小皮块以后作体外培养。成纤维细胞自皮块游出,不断增多,以后开始汇合、形成多层结构。成纤维细胞分泌众多颗粒,堆积在细胞的表面,逐步形成云雾状物质。云雾状物质增大、成为圆形或卵圆形结节。相邻的结节可被条状小粱联在一起。用新生骨组织的特异标记物一四环素及茜素红,作组织化学观察,结节及小梁均呈阳性反应,说明成纤维细胞所形成的结节及小梁均为骨组织。将体外培养的成纤维细胞用 ̄3H-TdR标记后注射进同一家兔的桡骨骨折部位,以后经放射自显影技术可以在骨性骨痴的骨小梁内观察到具银颗粒的骨细胞。这说明在骨折愈合过程中成纤维细胞能演变为骨细胞,从而证明成纤维细胞的成骨潜能。AbstractThe split一thickness skin of rabbit was pro cessed into small chips ’and used for in vitro cul-ture。Fibroblasts swimmed out from the chips,in-creased in number.confluenced and formed multi-layeredstructure。The fibroblasts excreted innu-merable tiny granules,heaping up on the cell body and merging gradually into foggy substances。These foggy substances kept on enlarging and formed round or oval nodules,connected by thin trabeculae。Histochemical study of the nodules and trabeculae with specific new bone labell ing te-tracycline and alizarin red S revealed positive reac-tion. This implied that the nodules and trabeculae were bone tissues。Again,after labelled with  ̄3H-TdR,the cultured fibroblasts were injected into radius fracture site of thd same rabht.Radioauto-graphic study of the fracture callus on the 2 1th post-fracture day revealed osteocytes bearing sil-ver granules。This signified that in the course of fracture healing fibroblasts had transformed into osteocvtes,These results indicate cleary the os-teogenic potential of the fibroblasts.
