摘  要:目的探讨头针“额旁1线”抗大鼠实验性心律失常作用的中枢机制。方法在氯化钡诱发实验性心律失常模型上,予中脑导水管周围灰质(P A G)内注射阿片受体拮抗剂纳洛酮(N X),予头针电刺激大鼠头部双侧“额旁1线”区域,记录各组大鼠心率和动脉血压。结果PA G内注射N X对大鼠心率增加和动脉血压升高无明显的影响,头针对大鼠实验性心律失常有显著的缓解作用,其效应可以被PA G内注射N X完全翻转。结论头针“额旁1线”抗大鼠实验性心律失常作用与PA G内阿片肽的介导有密切关系。Objective:To study the central receptor mechanism of scalp electroacupuncture on lateral line l of forehead amelioration of experimental arrhythmia of barium chloride-induced rats.Methods:Barium Chlorid-induced experimental arrhythmic model was induced in wistar rats,scalp electroacupuncture on the both area of lateral line l of forehead was then given.The effect of opioid-receptor antagonist naloxone(NX)injecting into periapueductal gray(PAG) on heart rate and blood pressure in the rats was investigated in the present study.Results:Barium chlorid-induced experimental arrhythmic rats showed a increase of haeart rate and blood pressure as compared with that of the normal control group,NX produced insignificant change.Arrhythmia of the rats was ameliorated by scalp electroacupuncture,those effect was reversed by injecting opioid-receptor antagonist naloxone into periapueductal gray.Conclusion:The curative effect of scalp electroacupuncture in barium chloride-induced arrhythmic rats was mediated by opioid peptide in central nervous system.
