摘 要:报告了硼作业工人与对照人群的个人空气粉尘暴露浓度、空气硼暴露浓度以及通过空气的日硼暴露量。结果表明,硼作业工人的两次(间隔4周)空气粉尘暴露浓度分别为19.2mgm3和21.0mgm3,空气硼暴露浓度分别为516μgm3和797μgm3,8小时空气硼暴露量为2.58mg和3.98mg;而对照组的这三类值分别为0.53mgm3、1.87μgm3和0.009mg。各类人群的日空气硼暴露量随工作环境的不同而有很大差异,井下采矿、原料车间、成品车间、生产管理人员的日空气硼暴露量分别为1.58mg、5.55mg、0.98mg、0.14mg,高出对照组几十倍至几百倍。Personal exposure concentration of air dust and air boron and boron exposure to workers in boron mining and processing plant and control group were reported. Mean exposure concentrations of air dust among workers in two stages (interval 4 weeks) were 19.2mg/m^3 and 21.0 mg/m^3, respectively. Air boron exposure concentrations among them were 516μg/m^3 and 797μg/m^3, respectively, and air boron exposure within work-shift (8hours) were 2.58mg and 3.98mg. Among control group, air dust concentration, air boron concentration and air boron exposure were 0.53 mg/m^3, 1.87μg/m^3 and 0.009mg, respectively. Air boron exposure among people in different work environment were significant different. Air boron exposure among workers engaged in mining, raw material processing, product processing and managing were 1.58mg, 5.55mg, 0.98mg, 0.14mg, respectively, all of these value are much higher than those of control group.
