摘　　要：目的:探讨螺旋CT扫描对输尿管结石的诊断价值及合理应用。方法:对53例临床怀疑输尿管结石而常规检查未显示结石的患者进行螺旋CT扫描。结果:53例患者检出56枚结石,其中单侧输尿管结石48例,双侧4例,1例未见结石。结论:螺旋CT扫描对输尿管结石具有诊断准确、可靠且方便快捷、无创伤等优点,可作为经常规检查未显示结石的输尿管结石的首选检查方法。Objective To study the diagnostic value and reasonable use for ureteral calculus with helical CT scanning.Methods Helical CT scan was performed in 53 patients,who had normal examined unenhanced and were suspected of having ureteral calcului in clinical.Results 56 calculus were found in 53 patients,in which 48 calculi were unilateral and single,4 calculi were unilateral and multiple,calculus was not found in 1 patient.Conclusion Helical CT scanning is safe,quick and accurate for diagnosing ureteral calcului,and is an optimai emergency-exarnination method in diagnosing ureteral calculus which had normal examined unenhanced.
