摘 要:苄叉丙酮为主光亮剂、OP-10为载体光亮剂,并加入适量的辅助光亮剂,复配出ZnMn合金电镀添加剂ZM.讨论了复合添加剂中以上各组分对合金镀层外观的影响,得到最佳复合添加剂组成为:12 g/L的苄叉丙酮,150 mL/L的OP10, 45 g/L聚乙二醇,2 g/L的苯甲酸钠.通过赫尔槽试验及扫描电镜研究了复合添加剂对镀层外观的影响,还对合金镀层的机械性能以及镀液的整平能力进行了检测.A composite additive for Zn-Mn alloy electroplating was prepared with benzylidene acetone as main brightener, OP10 as carrier brightener and a suitable amount of auxiliary brightener. The influences of varied compositions in the composite additive on the appearance of Zn-Mn alloys were discussed, and thus the optimal formula of the additive is obtained as follows: 12 g/L of benzylidene acetone,150 mL/L of OP-10, 45 g/L of polyethylene glycol, 2 g/L of sodium benzoate. The influences of the composite additive on the alloy appearance were studied by Hull cell test and with SEM. The mechanical performance of the alloys and the leveling power of the bath were determined. The results show that the alloy deposits are bright, and have good adhesion and plasticity, and small internal stress.
