轧制负荷分析与轧制工艺优化

摘　　要：随着生产量的上升,生产中由于超载引起的设备故障也不断增加。通过对某钢铁集团公司630轧机轧制负荷的计算分析,得到了轧机的实际生产负荷数据。为保证设备的正常安全运行,对轧机现有负荷和轧制工艺进行了分析,找到引起问题的原因并在此基础上提出了轧制工艺优化的必要性和优化方案。As the output increasing, the malfunctions of the rolling machine caused by overload are also increasing. The actual load data in production is collected by calculating and analyzing the rolling load of a 630 rolling machine in a iron & steel company. To ensure the safe and normal operating of the machine, the actual work load has been analyzed and the malfunction causes have been rooted, and based on this, the necessary of optimizing the rolling process and optimizing solution have been presented.
