摘　　要：通过4种润滑条件下薄钢板的锥杯拉深成形试验,研究了植物粉-水基润滑剂的应用性能。结果表明:植物粉-水基润滑剂减摩润滑效果最好,润滑效果与板料种类有关熏塑性较高的搪瓷板应用效果较好。Through cupping test of two steel sheets under four lubrication conditions, the applying property of a plant powder water-based lubricant has been researched.The results shew that among the four conditions,the effects of reducing friction and improving lubrication for the lubricant was the best and relational to the type of steel sheet,which were better to the sheet with higher plasticity.
