摘  要:通过对缩口力计算研究现状的分析,就几组考虑弯曲作用影响与否的缩口力计算公式,其中包括采用主应力法并按幂函数规律的加工硬化条件导出的缩口力公式,以及在此基础上补充提出了计及弯曲影响的新公式,并作了缩口力的实验测试,进行了较系统的比较研究。研究结果表明:在锥形凹模缩口中,弯曲作用对缩口变形力的影响程度是由凹模半锥角α值决定的,在α≤25°时,弯曲影响可以忽略不计,而当α>25°时,需考虑弯曲作用的影响。Based on the general analysis on research of necking deformation pressure,the detailed comparison has been carried out among several groups of formulas of calculating necking deformation pressure whether considering the bend influence or not,including two formulas:1)the formula is set up by utilizing slab method and work-hardening according with power functional law;2)a new formula of necking deformation pressure is set up by considering the bend influence,The necking experiments were made for testing above mentioned formulas.Experimental results have indicated that the degree of bending influence for necking deformation pressure was determined on the die semi-angleα;whenαwas more than,bending influence coul be omitted;whereas,whenαwas more than 20°,bending influence should be considered.
