摘　　要：冲裁件的工艺性良好与否对冲裁件的质量、制造成本以及模具寿命有很大影响。本文利用VBA编程语言,实现了冲裁件的预处理和逻辑约束分析以及结构工艺性分析;针对结构工艺性分析中的孔间距和孔边距检验提出了步长折半算法;并将模糊数学知识应用于工艺性判别规则中,使判别结果更适合生产加工实际。VBA programme language has been adopted to realize the pretreatment and the logic constraint analysis and the structural technologic analysis of the blanking part.The arithmetic of the step reduced by half has been proposed to test the minimal space between holes and hole edge space in the structural technologic analysis.Fuzzy mathematics has been applied to technologic rule to make the result of the technologic judgement more fit to processing fact.
