白念珠菌感染毛发的体外试验研究

摘　　要：用经典的毛发穿孔试验方法和改良的各种液体培基，对不同年龄组人的毛发进行了白念珠菌的体外感染试验。扫描电镜结果表明：白念珠菌在接种后 １２～ ２０周左右能将毛发感染，破坏现象在改良的猪血清米粉浸出液培养基上最明显，且年龄越小的人的毛发越易被破坏。We used classical method of hair perforation test and various modified liquid media,experimental infec tions with Candida albicans were performed on human hairs of different age groups in vitro. The findings of scanning electron microscopy showed that the hairs were infected by C. albicans 12 to 20 weeks after inocu lation. The experimental infection was most severe on the modified medium-pig serum rice powder extract liquid medium,and the younger the age of patients the more severe the infection.
