钛合金人工跖趾关节置换术14例随访报告

摘　　要：作者采用两种国产钛合金人工全跖趾关节假体（Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型），进行了１４例（２２个足）第一跖趾关节置换术。随访３～８年，平均５年。结果表明，满意率为７２．７％，并发症发生率３１．８％，再次手术率为２７．３％。作者认为，对于第一跖趾关节严重骨性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、强直等患者，钛合金人工全跃趾关节置换术是一种较为理想的治疗方法。其中，临床疗效以Ⅱ型假体为佳。AbstractAn 8-year follow-up study of 14 cases (22 feet) of titanium total lst metatarsophalangeal joint arthroplas- ty with two designs (type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ)is reported. The follow-up period averag was 5 years with a rangeof 3 to 8 years.The rate of subjective satisfaction was72.7% (16/22), the incidence of complications 31.8%(7 /22), and the rate of revision 27.3%(6/22).The results implicate that titanium total hallux MTP joint arthroplasty is a suitable procedure for osteoarthritis,rheumatoid arthritis and hallux rigidus of the lst MTP joint, and that type Ⅱ prosthesis seems better than type I prosthesis. In addition, prosthetic designing,surgical technique and postoperative complications arealso discussed in detail.
