摘 要:针对数字城市的需求,构造了一个城市空间信息及服务集成框架,实现数据互操作、软件互操作和应用互操作.集成框架分为Web应用、服务集成器、分布的服务和分布的信息4个层次,很好地组织管理并集成了分布在城市不同部门的异构空间信息及空间应用服务和UDDI注册的商业服务.根据该框架,实现了一个基于WebServices、GML和元数据技术的集成系统———π系统,并且搭建了一个空间信息及服务集成的模拟环境,对π系统进行了测试.This paper focuses on a Web Services approach for synergetic management of heterogeneous spatial information and spatial services on the network. First, the importance of establishing an integrated framework for spatial information and spatial services is illustrated. The challenges posed by the spatial applications like digital cities include the business process integration among different organizations, the legacy applications integration and the integration of business Web services on Internet. The integrated framework meets these challenges. Secondly, a Web Service based interoperating framework among heterogeneous spatial databases and spatial services is proposed. Many utilities have been using the framework to integrate a variety of spatial databases, systems and business processes. The framework consists of four layers: WAL (Web Applications Layer), SIL (Services Integrator Layer), DSL (Distributed Services Layer) and DIL (Distributed Information Layer). Web applications access and operate the spatial information and the spatial Web services in DSL and DIL pellucidly using Toolkit packages and Web services provided by SIL. The spatial information exchange format in the framework is GML. All data and protocols are encoded in XML; one Web service can operate other Web services using SOAP protocol. Lastly, according to the framework, authors implement a system named PKU spatial Applications Integration System (π System) for spatial information and spatial services interoperation through the network using Java language.
