摘　　要：用普通光镜和电镜技术对１５例眼于燥综合征（Ｓｊｇｒｅｎ＇ｓｓｙｎｄｒｏｍｅ，ＳＳ）患者的眼睑部泪腺进行形态学研究。６例无眼干表现的泪腺为对照组。干燥综合征泪腺的主要改变：（１）大量淋巴细胞浸润；（２）泪腺腺泡导管不同程度的萎缩；（３）腺上皮细胞的变性和坏死；（４）结缔组织增生。淋巴细胞浸润提示腺组织的损害可能与自身免疫反应有关。我们根据组织病理改变将ＳＳ分为Ⅲ期。不同的分期与临床检查结果相比较基本相符。AbstractBiopsy specimens of palpebral lacrimal glands from 15 cases of Sjgren’s syndrome (SS) were studied bylight and transmission electron rnicroscopy. Six caseswithout any symptoms or signs of dry eyes were used asthe control.The main changes of SS included: (1)mas-sive infiltration of lymphocytes;(2)atrophy of lacrimalglandular follicles and ducts in various degrees;(3)de-generation and necrosis of glandular epithelium; and(4)proliferation of connective tissue. Lymphatic infiltrationindicates that the damage of the glandular tissue mightbe related to autoimmune pathogenesis. According tothe histopathologic findings,the authors divide SS intothree stages which are basically consistent with theirclinical presentations.
