焦化区生态环境可持续发展力评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：以典型焦化区生态环境为研究对象,在建立区域可持续发展力指标体系的基础上,采用先进的层次分析法确定评价指标体系中各项指标的权重值。应用介休市义安焦化企业环境质量监测数据及项目影响评价结果,计算焦化区生态环境可持续发展力指标体系综合指数。以此来表征焦化区生态环境与社会、经济协调发展能力,对山西省焦化区的可持续发展对策的提出有积极意义。Ecological Environment of Coked-Area is the aim of this essay. Based on establishing Assessment Index Systemof Sustainable Development Capacity in rural area,this article fixes the rate of weigh of index by using the advanced arrangement analysis way.The outcome of the environment monitoring and evaluating in coked-area business of Yi'an district in Jiexiu,is used to calculate comprehensive index of ecological environment of sustainable development capacity. This can indicate harmonized development-capacity of society, economy as well as environment. It is implicable for sustainable development capacity of ecological environment of coked-area.
