摘　　要：本文对企业提出的用高效液相色谱法测定橙皮苷含量的方法,进行了修订。修订后的方法,较好地去除了糖等强极性成分对样品中橙皮苷的测定的干扰,提高了样品的检测浓度,经方法学验证,方法可行。The paper describes a revision of assay of hesperidin in Milian Chuanbei Pipa Concentrated Decoction by HPLC.In the revised method glycosides were removed to eliminate the interference with hesperidin.The method is reliable.
