摘　　要：目的研究高血压病患者外周血淋巴细胞β2-受体密度与左心室肥厚程度之间的关系。方法采用放射性配基结合分析法,测定了104例高血压病患者外周血淋巴细胞β2-受体密度,并与31例正常人进行对照。结果与对照组比较,高血压病患者β2-受体密度显著增加,并且与左心室肥厚的程度成正比。结论高血压病患者外周血淋巴细胞β2-受体密度的大小与其左心室肥厚程度有关。Objective To study the relationship between theβ2-adrenoreceptor density of peripher- al lymphocytes and the degree of left ventricular hypertrophy in patients w ith essential hypertension (EH). M ethod s Using the 3H-DHA rad io ligand b ind ing method,β2-adrenoreceptor maximum bound volume (β2max) of peripheral lymphocytes was measured, while 104 patients w ith EH were included in the study and 31 healthy subjects were used as control. Left ventricular construction was stud ied by using the two-d i- mensional echocard iography.R esu lts β2max in patients w ith EH is sign ificantly higher than that of in con- trol subjects, show ing a d irect ratio w ith the degree of left ventricular hypertrophy.C onclu sion s β2max of peripheral lymphocytes had a relationship w ith the degree of left ventricular hypertrophy in patients w ith EH. Its change could reflect the degree of left ventricular hypertrophy.
