摘　　要：开展后评价对于总结高速公路建设项目从立项到运营整个过程中存在的问题,改进项目管理和提高项目效益,从而提高项目决策的科学化水平,促进投资活动规范化,有着极其重要的作用。The post-evaluation of expressway construction project is very important for summarizing problems in whole process of project from conformation to operation,improving project management and project benefit,advancing the scientific level of decision-making,and accelerating the standardization of investment.
