摘　　要：本文以独栋别墅的电气智能化设计为例,从智能住宅区这个视角介绍了住宅区内的弱电系统,以及对智能住宅发展的探讨。Taking the intellectualized electrical design of Xishan Lumei for example,the paper introduces the weak current system in residential district and the discussion on the development of residential district.
