摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定人工引流熊胆汁中熊去氧胆酸的含量,方法简便、快速、灵敏、准确。A high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) was developed to analysis bile acid under the following conditions: Column is YWG-C18 10um; elu-ent is methanol-water (85:15 v/v); flow rate is 2. 0mL/min; detecting wavelength is (λ)max 215nm. The recovery were 99% and cv=2. 78%. This method is accurate, rapid and simple.
