摘  要: 采用"瓶中造船"法制备了Fe(Ⅱ) L/Y包络合型催化剂(L=8 羟基喹啉、邻苯二酚或1,10 邻菲洛啉),并用XRD、TG对其进行了表征,用苯酚羟基化反应考察它们的催化性能.与相应的均相铁配合物催化剂相比,这些包络合型催化剂虽然其反应速度明显偏慢,但其二酚选择性和双氧水有效利用率则相对较高,而且能回收重复使用.此外,首次发现Cl-的加入能有效地缩短反应的诱导期,从而加快包络合型催化剂的反应速度.Fe(Ⅱ)-L complexes [L=Oxine, Catechol or o-phenanthroline (phen.)] encapsulated NaY zeolites were prepared by 'ship-in-bottle' method and characterized by XRD and TG techniques, their catalytic properties were checked by the hydroxylation of phenol with 30% aqueous hydrogen peroxide in aqueous solution. Compared with their relative homogeneous complexes, these iron complexes encapsulated NaY catalysts are obviouly slow in the catalytic reaction rates but they are similar in the catalytic activity and slightly better in the selectivity of diphenol and effective utilization of the hydrogen peroxide, as well as can be recovered and reused without a significant loss of activity. Besides, we firstly discovered that the addition of appropriate chloride ions to the reaction mixture could shorten the induction period effectively and accelerate the catalytic reaction rate.
