摘 要: 在对流经长株潭三地的湘江段的环境状况进行监测、质量评价的基础上,根据有关开发规划,采用成熟的模型,进行水环境容量的计算,并求出各污染物相对其容量的保证率.容量计算结果表明:长株潭湘江段的纳污量已经很大,其环境容量已相当有限,例如汞的容量仅为5.44t/a,必须严格控制污染物排放量.The paper studies on water environmental capacity. It has been finished after much works like monitoring environmental condition of XiangJiang section flowing through Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, assessing environmental quality,checking the relational program, choosing ripe model to finish in the end environmental capacity calculation. It also makes the ensure percents relative capacity of every provides. The result of capacity reveals that the amount of disposal is enormous and its environmental capacity is very limited in the Xiangjiang river section, for a example, mercury capacity is only 5.44 ton per year. So it is necessary to control disposal amounts.
