摘 要:以硅胶固载硫酸钛在5 0 0℃下焙烧改性后的固体酸为催化剂,在连续催化反应装置中催化合成丙酸正丁酯。并研究了连续催化反应的工艺条件是:催化剂固载量0. 2g[Ti(SO4) 2 ] g(SiO2 ) ;n(丙酸) :n(正丁醇) 1 0∶1 4 ;进料量0 . 12L h ,丙酸丁酯的收率在95. 5 %以上。In this paper,n-butyl propanoate was synthesized in a device of continuous catalytic reaction,by using solid acid catalysts modified from titanium sulfate immobilized on a silica gel and was calcinated at (500 ℃).The continuous catalytic reaction conditions were analyzed and the optimum condition was obtained as follows:catalysts supported is 0.2 g[Ti(SO_4)_2]/g(SiO_2),n(propanoic acid):n(butanol)=1.0∶1.4,amount of incoming charge is (0.12 L/h.)Under the optimum condition,the yield of n-butyl propanoate was over 95.5%.
