摘 要:介绍了一种能在全负载范围内实现ZVS的有源箝位反激电路。该电路不但能循环利用漏感的能量,减小开关管的电压应力,实现原边主管和辅管的ZVS,同时还能限制副边整流管关断的di/dt,从而减少了整流管的开关损耗和由于二极管的反向恢复引起的开关噪声。对该电路的工作模态进行了详细的分析,同时给出了电路中主要元器件的设计依据。一个100W的实验样机验证了该电路的软开关特性。An active clamp flyback converter, which can achieve ZVS in the whole operation range, is presented. This circuit can recycle transformer leakage energy, minimize switch voltage stress and provide a mechanism for achieving ZVS of both the primary and auxiliary switches. ZVS also limits the turn-off di/dt of the output rectifier, reducing rectifier switching losses, and switching noises due to diode reverse recovery. The behavior of the operation mode of this converter is analyzed and the design considerations for the key components and derices are given. The soft-switching characteristic of the converter is verified by a 100W prototype.
