变应性鼻炎102例临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨治疗变应性鼻炎的有效方法。方法:将102例变应性鼻炎患者根据治疗方法分成3组。对照1组32例用西替利嗪治疗。对照2组35例用丙酸倍氯米松治疗。治疗组35例同时应用两种药物治疗。结果:治疗后总有效率分别为:对照1组62.5%,对照2组62.9%,治疗组85.7%。总体疗效治疗组与对照1组、对照2组间差异有显著性(χ12=4.75,P1<0.05;χ22=4.75,P2<0.05)。结论:在变应性鼻炎治疗中,联合应用抗组胺药物和糖皮质激素可取得满意的疗效。Objective: To observe the effect of different treatment methods for allergic rhinitis.Methods: One hundred and two patients with allergic rhinitis were divided into three groups : treated group, control groupⅠand control groupⅡ. Thirty-two patients in control groupⅠwere treated with cetirizine, Thirty-five patients in control groupⅡwere treated with beclomethasone dipropinonate and 35 patients in treated group were treated with cetirizine and beclomethasone dipropinonate. Result: The effective rate in control groupⅠ,control groupⅡ and treated group was 62.5% ,62.9% and 85.7% respectively. The differences between treated group and the other two groups were both significant(χ 2_1=4.75, P_1<0.05; χ 2_2=4.75, P_2<0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of allergic rhinitis with cetirizine combined with glucocorticoid has good therapeutic effect.
