全氟丙烷白蛋白微球左心声学造影效果与安全性评价

摘　　要：目的研究一种新型的超声造影剂-全氟丙烷白蛋白微球(全氟显)的左心声学造影效果与安全性评价。方法以Optison为对照,设置低、中、高3个剂量组,观察造影剂注射后内膜边界改善的效果及左室显影等级;并进行急性毒性试验和溶血试验,观察药物的安全性。结果全氟显静脉注射后,内膜边界增强节段数及左室显影等级强度与同剂量Optison组间无差异,使用安全,未见溶血现象。结论全氟显使用安全,经静脉注射后可实现左室显影增强,提高内膜边界识别,作用与Optison无差异。Aim To observe left ventricle opacification effect of a new novel ultrosound contrast agent,perfluorocarbon-filled albumin microbubbles(QuanFuXian) and its safety.Method Numbers of LV'endocardial broder delineation segment and left heart opacification grade were compared after intravenous injection of QuanFuXian and optison at dosages of 0.002,0.006,and 0.034ml·kg^(-1),Acute toxici study and hemolytic testing were conducted to evaluate the safety of QuanFuXian following intravenous administration.Results There was no difference between QuanFuXian and Optison in endocardial border augmentation segment numbers and left heart opacification grade.The results of hemolytic tests is negative.Conclusion QuanFuXian appears to be a safe agent which can improve left ventricle opacification by enhance endocardial border definition,and there is no difference between QuanFuXian and Optison.
