摘　　要：互联网进入中国十年来,在传播方式、议程设置和报道视角等方面对主流新闻媒体产生了巨大的影响。但是它的互动传播和迅速普及也使互联网成为一柄双刃剑。国外反华势力已经在利用互联网对中国进行舆论战和心理战,其规模和影响力正逐步扩大,我们需要认真对待。Since it entered China around 1994, the Internet has exerted aremarkable impact on the mainstream news media in the way of communication mode, agenda setting and reporting perspective. Yet its interactivity and rapid popularization have made the Internet a double-edged sword. Hostile forces abroad are already taking advantage of the Internet to wage psychological warfare against China, in a gradually gathering momentum. This must be seriously dealt with.
