摘  要:在铁路技术站,货场、专用线取送车计划的质量,对车站的车辆停留时间、调车机作业效率等作业指标有很大影响,根据衡量调车计划质量的标准及细分的指标,结合有关计算机技术在车站日常生产决策中的应用,用多目标决策中的层次分析法(APH)选择最优的取送调车作业计划,从而提高调车机工作效率,降低车站的车辆中、停时指标。In railway technical station, the quality of taking-out and placing-incar plan for freight yard and special line has great influence to the work indexessuch as wagon dwelling time in the station and the work efficiency of shuntingloco, etc. According to the criteria and detailed indexes in evaluating the qualityof shunting plan, combing with the application of relevant computer technologyin decision-making during the routine station work, the paper adopts AnalyticalHierarchy Process (AHP) of multi goal decision-making to choose the bestshunting plan for taking-out and placing-in car so as to improve the workefficiency of shunting loco and decrease the index of wagon transferring timeand dwelling time in station.
