摘  要:简述了机械故障诊断技术与状态监测维修的发展概况、概念;论述了状态监测在于掌握设备发生故障之前的异常征兆与劣化信息,以便事前采取针对性措施控制和防止故障的发生,从而减少故障停机时间与停机损失的意义;介绍了故障诊断、状态监测的工作原理和工作程序,包括信息库和知识库的建立,以及信号检测、特征提取、状态识别和预报决策等4个工作程序;对如何建立状态监测体系进行了研究:在建立起检测小组的基础上,从简易诊断入手,逐步过渡到设备的故障诊断;根据测点选择原则确定合适的设备测点;根据需要测定的振动测量参数配置合适的测量仪器;根据现场设备的具体情况确定检测周期,可以每隔30天、15天、10天、7天、3天、1天检测一次,一般情况可按照选定原则来确定检测周期。To describe the general situation and concept of the Condition Diagnosis Technique and the Condition Based Maintenance; Expatiate the purpose of the Condition Monitoring: gripping unwonted symptom and bad instance information, so can reduce the shutdown time and save the money; To introduce the operating principle and working program of the Condition Diagnosis Technique, which is included establishing the data base and repository; To study how to set up the system of the Condition Monitoring: first set up one group for machine condition detection, form simple diagnosis to precise diagnosis; choose the appropriate point on the equipment to detected by the selective principle; choose the right instrument by the parameter of the vibration which is to be detected; can detect one times every other 30 days,15 days,10 days,7 days,3 days,1 day. In commonly situation, can make certain the detection cycle by selective principle.
